This cottage is part of a converted Victorian dairy barn, over 150 years old with period beams. Red Rum is one of our dog-friendly cottages, which can sleep 4 people and 2 dogs.

Entered on the ground floor into a reception hall. Off the hallway is a large ground floor WC. The hall leads to a large open plan living and dining area with comfortable lounge seating, dining table and chairs for 6 and patio doors leading to a large private with seating and a rear gate leading to an access road adjoining the car park and overlooking the children’s play area. A modern fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave overlooks the rear garden.

In the lounge a Smart TV linked to the centre’s WIFI provides a wide choice of media entertainment on Freeview and or via Netflix and Amazon using the guest’s personal login to their subscription.

Stairs to the first floor landing off of which there is;

A master double bedroom with king size bed (that can easily be separated into twin beds) overlooking the rear garden with an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate cubicle shower and WC.

A second double bedroom arranged as a twin but easily converted to a second king size bed with en-suite shower room with WC.

With an ‘eco-friendly’ ethos, the Centre itself boasts solar water heating, rainwater harvesting and a bacteria based waste water treatment facility which requires the management of the type of washing detergents that can be used and therefore an onsite laundry facility within the quadrangle is provided and an appropriate, non-bio, bacteria friendly washing detergent should be used.

To the front of the property there is a landscaped quadrangle garden with communal seating. To the rear the large garden is a mix of gravel and grassed areas and is ‘dog-friendly’ as is the unit itself.

The site has ample parking adjacent to the accommodation and a further exercise area for dogs on site.
