Arranged around a beautiful landscaped courtyard, The Gallops is a pedestrian quadrangle of seven newly constructed 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 3 period properties in a barn conversion that house our on site staff.
Each unit can be easily accessed via a level block paved pathway and have low level thresholds for easy access on foot or by wheelchair. The courtyard itself has additional seating overlooking a central garden with water feature and sun loungers are provided. At night there is low level lighting which also acts as emergency lighting in the event of a fire.
All of the units have inter-connecting smoke and fire detection that is directly linked to an automatic telephone system.
Our site has been designed with eco friendly features that include 77 solar panels providing over 19,000 Kilowatt hours of energy per year, a rainwater harvesting system saving over 200,000 litres of water per year and a waste treatment plant that purifies and recycles waste water back into the local water course. Given the sensitivity of the water treatment facility we have provided an on-site laundry room with washing detergent supplied free, that is bacteria friendly! There is also an electric car charging port.
All of the properties have views of the surrounding fields and the majority have their own private gardens with patio and seating area. Ample parking is provided in our adjacent car park and for disabled users there is parking just a few feet from the accommodation itself.
