The hall leads to an open plan living and dining area with comfortable lounge seating, dining table and chairs for 8 and French doors leading to a private patio garden with seating. A modern fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave.
A Smart TV linked to the centre’s WIFI provides a wide choice of media entertainment on Freeview and or via Netflix and Amazon using the guest’s personal login to their subscription.

Two twin bedrooms and a main bathroom comprising a toilet, wash basin and bath with shower over.
Outside at the rear there is a private patio garden accessed through French doors in the lounge/dining area. To the front there is a landscaped quadrangle.
With an ‘eco-friendly’ ethos, the Centre itself boasts solar water heating, rainwater harvesting and a bacteria based waste water treatment facility which requires the management of the type of washing detergents that can be used and therefore an onsite laundry facility within the quadrangle is provided together with a supply of the appropriate washing detergents.
Construction of has been completed this year to an exceptionably high standard with quality fixtures, fittings and furniture.
Consideration has been given to the needs of those with mobility impairment and construction has been completed using the National Accessible Scheme (NAS) criteria as a guide and this property is comparable to M3i standards for accessibility – (Typically suitable for a person who depends on the use of a wheelchair and transfers aided to and from the wheelchair in a seated position with assistance).
Lovely, central location in the riding centre. Clean, spacious and quiet cottage in a courtyard. My kids really enjoyed the taster riding sessions that the centre ran, and hearing the monkeys in the morning from the haven down the road.
